What we collect

When you send a brief through the form on this site, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company, link and the details of your project. We do not use advertising trackers on this site.

Why we collect it

Only to read your brief and reply to it, and to keep a record of the conversation if we work together.

Where it goes

Your brief is delivered by email to the Karyu Labs inbox through a transactional email provider. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data such as IP addresses to keep the site fast and secure.

How long we keep it

Briefs that do not lead to a project are deleted within twelve months. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you by emailing hello@karyulabs.com.
